I learned to crochet from my grandmother when I was a little girl, making hot pads from crochet covered soda caps (and I really date myself with that!). I find crocheting very relaxing! My favorite to crochet are afghans of all types. I especially enjoy making baby afghans. I enjoy making custom afghans. Since there are only so many afghans one person can use, I have been looking for a place to merchandise some of my afghans. I have also been experimenting with other crafts. I sewed a lot when I was a girl but haven't done more than mending in a long time, so I'm warming up the old machine, too. I have 2 marvelous sons and 2 beautiful grandsons. Much as I love creating craft items, I am always happy to share my patterns. I am a firm believer in reduce, reuse and recycle. Most of my packaging is reused from items I have received. All packing is clean and clearly labeled before being reused.
