Blue Purple Raw Unbaked Polymer Clay Cane Checkerboard Geometric

Image Description
This listing is for a single raw, unbaked polymer clay cane This blue and purple checkerboard cane is ready to slice to make charms, beads, nail art, buttons, scrap book art, and so much more. Each cane is 2 inches in length and about 5mm in diameter. Each of the canes are a square but can easily be rolled into a circle if desired. To cut your cane you should put it in the freezer for a few minutes so it will stiffen up. Cut it with a sharp, non serrated knife for the cleanest slices. Some canes need a "wake up squeeze" before they can be worked properly. To do this, gently squeeze from top to bottom all along the canes length. Because polymer clay is not air-dry it can be worked until it's baked. Do not leave your cane in high temperatures (over 100 degrees Fahrenheit) or it could partially bake or even crumble. Bake all items at 265 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. If you're baking it in a toaster or polymer clay oven check the temperature with a gauge/thermometer first or set the temperature lower and keep an eye on it. Toaster ovens can be very inconsistent with heating (even new ones) and it's easier to scorch pieces if you're not careful.
