Payment:
Paypal (domestic and international) and money orders/cashier checks (USA and Canada only) are accepted.
Oklahoma residents will be charged 4.5% sales tax at paypal check-out, for money order payments will send you the adjusted total.

Shipping:
-I usually ship within 48 hours after your payment has been received.
In November and December please allow an extra day and expect the postal transit service to take slightly longer.
-Shipping methods are USPS 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail for domestic sales.
-In case of any problems with the delivery or the items themselves I am more than willing to work with my customers. Delivery confirmations are included in postage
-If available I will use recycled OUTSIDE packaging materials for a more eco-friendly way of conducting business.

Refunds and Exchanges:
Returns are accepted based on a case-to-case decision after prior email or convo contact.
All items and especially my hats need to be returned in unworn condition in order to comply with hygiene laws.
