All items will be shipped via USPS, once it has shipped you will be provided with a tracking # which you can find in your purchases & email. Shipping can take anywhere from 2-7 BUSINESS days. Once the item is shipped I am NOT liable for any delays/lost items that may have been caused by USPS. I ship all orders in a timely manner to ensure they get delivered on time, but we are all humans & cant always count on USPS to deliver on time.

Please be sure to select the correct size when placing your order. Once an order is placed, I receive the order form with the sizing information that you selected -and that is what I go off of when making your items. I do not go off of emails or artfire messages when processing orders, only the order form/invoice. This is why everything has to be correct when ordering.

If your order has already been started, and you decide to cancel your order, please understand that you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. There are many steps involved in starting an order like time spent making bows and ribbons (not pre-made), making the materials needed to adhere to the onesie (appliques, embroidered patches, heat transfers), buying the necessary fabrics, onesies, tulle, etc. All of this is time and money spent on your order.

Due to the custom and handmade nature of the items I make, I cannot accept returns -Unless it was an error on my part like sizing, wrong colors, etc. I can guarantee that every item I make will be just as beautiful as the picture you see when you order! Your complete satisfaction is my goal:-)
