I prefer to accept payments through paypal. Payment is due within 5 business days of order being placed. Please note that lead time does not begin until payment has been received.
Shipping In trying to keep shipping costs low, I normally use USPS First Class. I can upgrade to priority mail for an additonal fee. I do also offer International shipping, please contact me for those rates. My orders ship within 5-10 bsuiness days. Not to include weekends or Holidays.
Refunds and Exchanges Due to the fact that each item is custom made for you, I do not offer refunds or exchanges. I do, however, make mistakes. If I have mispelled a name or not made the item to your specifications I will refund or exchange your item as soon as I have received the wrong item returned. I will pay for those shipping costs.
