Payment:
I accept PayPal, and can invoice using Square.

Shipping:
Most packages will be sent using USPS the next business day after receiving your payment; the same day if possible.

Returns:
For US buyers, please contact me within ten days of your order date and I'm sure we will find a solution. I do not charge a return or restocking fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, and since shipping is a service provided by a third party, postage cannot be refunded. International and custom orders cannot be returned.

International Customers:
I do ship internationally when political and economic issues make it possible. Check with your post office first regarding their import rules, as some of my items may not be allowed in your country. All shipping fees including import, duty, tariff, VAT, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. I will fill out customs forms accurately. There are no returns on international orders. I am shipping from the United States and delivery time varies by country, but it can take several weeks for your package to arrive, longer if it gets held up in customs. Contact me and I will calculate the postage charges.

Custom Orders:
If you see something you like but prefer a different color or quantity, please contact me. I am honored to create just for you, when time and materials allow. I work with rescued materials and many of my items are uniquely one-of-a-kind. After payment has been received, I will start your custom order and send you an email when it ships. Custom orders cannot be returned.

Keeping down the shipping charges:
I am very aware of the ever-escalating cost of shipping. If your order fits in a Flat Rate Priority Mail box, I will use that. For smaller orders or items that just won't fit in those Flat Rate boxes, I will use recycled boxes and packing materials. We do rely on a third party to deliver packages from my shop to your door. Given the distances covered and the relative time it takes them to deliver, their service is still a good value.

Item Availability:
Many of my items are true one-of-a-kind creations, as I prefer to work with rescued/recycled materials, and I couldn’t make them again, even if I wanted to. I remove sold items quickly after a craft fair. If an item is no longer available, I will try to find a suitable replacement, or refund the transaction with my sincere apology.

Tag Designs:
I use a Sizzix die cut machine and dies to make most of my gift tags and embellishments. These designs are copyrighted by Sizzix and used with permission per their angel policy.
