All natural Adult Urinary Reusable Incontinence Pads can be used with your existing protective underwear to provide a layer of maximum overnight protection and absorption. Each layer of liner/insert is handmade from all natural 100% organic bamboo/cotton fleece that is incredibly soft, gentle to your sensitive skin, and easily washable for safe, hygienic, multiple use. Even softer than hemp! Each insert is rectangular with oval edges to prevent chafing and provide maximum comfort.

Top two layers on both sides are constructed with super soft 100% all natural fibers of 5% hemp, 55% bamboo, 40% organic cotton fleece.This ensures that moisture will be wicked away.
Two inside layers of non-woven absorbent fabric are added for maximum absorption and disperse the liquid evenly.

The fabric has been pre-washed for softness and to minimize shrinkage.
Machine wash and dry for safe, sanitary multiple use. To maintain maximum absorption properties, avoid using liquid softener in the washing machine or dryer sheets in the dryer.
For extra heavy stains, soak the inserts in a vinegar/baking soda/water mix for 24 hours prior to machine washing.
