Unfortunately, we DO NOT offer refunds on custom digital items. However, we will do everything we can to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. Please contact us if you have any questions.

As ArtFire doesn't have instant download, the files will be emailed to you as soon as possible after payment. If you purchase any digital product to personalize, the files will be emailed to you in 1-2 business days (probably sooner).
