Payments must be made at time of checkout unless previously arranged. I accept PayPal, Serve and Direct Checkout as payment options unless otherwise negotiated.
Cancellations must be made within an hour of purchase or a 15% restocking/refund fees may apply.

All orders ship twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays,unless expedited shipping was chosen. Shipments are subject to change around holidays and weather conditions. Please keep in mind that I am not responsible for delays due to international customs or foreign post carriers.
You will receive a confirmation email when your item is shipped. If there is a tracking number available it will be given at that time. Please allow 24 hours for a tracking number to update.

Insurance is available at additional cost. Please contact me for details.
Damaged items can be returned to me for repairs within 21 daysof purchase. Due to the individual nature of these pieces please be advised that some parts may not be replaceable and another may be used in place of a damaged part. Any repairs needed after the 31st day is considered normal wear and tear is expected and repair charges may apply.

Custom orders are welcomed here (please contact me for details and pricing). Each piece of jewlery is indivually handcrafted, therefore one of a kind and unique so please take care of your purchase by removing the piece before contact with water(bathing, swimming, surfing etc) and sleeping (the sharp points hurt).
