ONE OF A KIND Artisan Recycled Vintage Bracelet and Clip on Earrings Set

When I found mid century this set, it was in very rough shape! It had a peeling metallic finish on the metal, and these really cheaply made hollow thin plastic "cabochons" that were cracked and coming off. But the "bones" of the set I thought was great, and it was a shame to see it in the state it was in. So I took off all the plastic pseudo cabs and took a dremel to the metal taking it down to the base metal. Then repainted it with a pretty silver enamel. I then created and shaped new "stones" for it using acrylic and epoxy, and painted them all different colors to emulate a real natural stone. There is a touch of glitter flakes and metallic paint colors in there to give the mock stones some shimmer.
It's a very beautiful set, but because the stones are acrylic rather than real solid stones, it's not really heavy. Were it real stones, it would be super heavy to wear. This design and the coloring is so great, it can work with Gothic, Victorian or even Contemporary/Modern styles. It's very versatile and works with a wide range of outfits; can be dressy or casual. Much more beautiful in person than in pictures!!

Many hours of work and love were put into this piece, to ensure that it was beautiful as well as wear-worthy~ this piece not only looks fabulous, but is well made using techniques to ensure quality and longevity.
Any repair work that is needed within the first 6 months (which I take steps to prevent that from happening, but .... S*&t happens sometimes!!) is totally free, including return shipping. So rest assured that your piece will be taken care of, and that it has been constructed well. That said, my pieces ARE made from vintage and sometimes antique components. So you will want to take care when wearing, dry with clean towel quickly after exposure to water (ie. rain, etc), and store in a safe environment (FYI: cats LOVE to chew up feathers!!)

NOTE about my preowned jewelry: I wipe down all surfaces that come in contact with skin with rubbing alcohol prior to shipping, and then place them in ziplock baggies, to make sure that the items are sterile and safe to wear when you get them.
