Please read my shop policies below before ordering, as I want you to be fully satisfied with any purchases you make.

:::::PRODUCTION TIME:::::: All orders ship within 2-4 weeks at this time (smaller items such as unity candles, cake servers, and bridal hangers ship within 1-2 weeks unless purchased with other items such as a card box, then 2-4 weeks applies). Please order early though as production time grows to 8-10 weeks in peak season. If you need your order before that time, please contact me first (rush fees will apply).

:::::::::::TURNAROUND:::::::::::
All items are made to order. See above for current turnaround time before ordering

I recommend ordering well in advance as our production turnaround times fluctuate greatly and we are a very small company (as in 1 person - me :) ).

:::::::::::RUSH FEES:::::::::::
I do my best to work orders in without a rush fee, but please contact me to inquire about availability. Please don't assume I will be able to squeeze you in without a rush fee. If you can give me the heads up, I can usually work something out so you can avoid the rush fee but rush fees often cover expediting supplies or fitting you in if I have a lot of orders I'm working on.

Rush fees available and vary:
$20-$25 for one tier card box
$25 - $30 for two tier card box
$30 - $40 for three tier card box
$20-$25 for ring pillow/flower girl basket combos
$15 for guest books
$10 for program boxes
If you need multiple items on a rush, reduced combined fees may apply

Higher fees for anything needing shipped within 1 week during peak season

::::::::::::::PAYMENT::::::::::::::
Payment must be submitted within 48 hours of a custom reserved listing being posted or your listing will be canceled and your production date forfeited.

ALL ORDERS ARE CUSTOM. There are no refunds or exchanges. If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please contact me and this will be be reviewed. If your order has not gone to production, your order may be refunded, less a 30% restocking fee, as supplies are ordered shortly after your order is placed.

Shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx depending on location, includes a tracking number, and are generally delivered within 3-4 days. I can NOT ship card boxes to a PO Box address!! All orders are shipped to the address provided in PayPal so please make sure your address is updated!

HI & AK RESIDENTS: additional shipping charges will apply. I will contact you to arrange payment.

::::::::INTERNATIONAL ORDERS::::::

Please email for a quote first and provide your address and the item you are interested in purchasing. I ship via USPS Priority Mail for this. YOU are responsible for your countries custom fees and duties.

Delivery generally occurs within 10-15 business days, but please note that this delivery time frame is NOT GUARANTEED by the USPS or your country's post. I recommend purchasing your item at least 3 months prior to the date you will need it as shipping times and duration in customs can vary.

International shipments will not be marked as a "gift" and client/buyer is responsible for any duties/VAT/taxes associated with their purchase (invoice included with each package). Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.

We do not assume responsibility/issue refunds for shipping issues that are beyond our control such as if your package is lost, stolen, incorrect delivery or delayed delivery due to some unforeseen circumstance beyond our control( i.e. Customs holding, etc.). We do not issue refunds due to negligence on behalf of your country's post, any customs office or the United States Postal Service ( USPS). Shipping charges are non-refundable per the USPS for International Priority Mail. Please inquire about insurance as packages may not be covered due to loss or damage.

You will receive a confirmation when your product is shipped and a tracking number.

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. I provide tracking information with all of my packages and once it is deemed 'delivered', it is out of my hands.

::::::REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES::::::
All orders are custom. There are no refunds or exchanges. See "Payment" terms for cancellations of orders (30% restocking fee applies).

LaceyClaireDesigns® is not responsible for monitor variations when looking at color samples so if you are in doubt about color selections, order a swatch or contact me for my address so you can mail me a swatch to match. I do not offer refunds/exchanges for color mistakes unless it is knowingly my fault (You requested black and I send you brown by accident). Please also avoid changes after your initial purchase. While I do my best to keep track of our emails, I work off the order form so if you've changed your mind on colors, there is always a possibility your order may be made wrong as I receive hundreds of emails every week and it can be hard to keep track of multiple changes. I can't be held responsible for this -when in doubt, we should cancel your order and set up a new one.
