We appreciate our customers satisfaction, we will email final proof of personalized items before shipping, pictures back, front and sides and color, no damage to product and accuracy of information before shipping, we will then bubble wrap securely.

Custom ordered personalized products, once proof is approved we will only accept returns that are damaged during shipment.

SHIPPING

We ship via USPS and most products will ship in approx. 2-3 weeks from date of purchase but may vary depending our workload. If you require expedited shipping, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you.
