I am usually able to ship orders out within 2 to 3 business days. I ship as quickly, safely and environmentally friendly as I am able to. I use standard 1st Class USPS for all shipments unless you specify that you would like to upgrade in order to get your package expedited. If you choose to upgrade you must be responsible for any additional shipping costs. When ordering, please carefully confirm your 'ship to' address. I cannot be responsible for mis-directed mail. Also, please include any special shipping requests such as extra insurance or gift packaging. I will let you know via email what the additional charges will be.

REFUNDS:
I strive to have completely satisfied customers. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact me as soon as possible after receiving your package. Items must be returned in their original packaging and be postmarked no more than five business days after you received them. When I have the item back, and it is in its original condition, I will refund your purchase price. You must be responsible for all shipping charges.
