I believe in fast shipping. I like to receive my purchases as quickly as possible and try to do the same for my customers. I usually ship within 1 day and sometimes on weekends. I will always send my customers a notice of shipment.

I require payment at time of purchase. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

RETURN POLICY: Refunds and exchanges are only accepted within 5 days of the customer receiving item purchase and contacting me. Customer pays the return postage. On necklaces valued at $75.00 and above, I require insurance and delivery confirmation and the purchased item must not be used, worn, or damaged and in it's original packaging and or gift box. All other items do not require insurance and delivery confirmation, but all other stipulations mentioned above will apply. Shipping fee's that were a part of the purchase are not refunded. When I receive the item back, I will refund the amount paid minus the shipping, immediately. If you prefer an exchange, the shipping is to be paid by you and that can be done by my sending you a bill through paypal. When paid, the item will be mailed.
