Returns Policy

All Our signs / products are bespoke items so, no monetary refund can be given if your item has been delivered to you faulty or damaged.  A replacement for your original order will be sent out to you when we we have received the original item undamaged or in its reported state back to us.  All returns must be completed within 14 days of notification of your request. All damaged or faulty items must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery for you to qualify for a replacement order.

If an Item has been damaged whilst in transit you may be asked to send pictures of the item with the original packaging along with the postage labels and to keep it until an insurance assessor has evaluated the damage before processing any claims for a replacement order to be made. This may take up to 8 weeks.


You should expect to receive your replacement order within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.  This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail once we have viewed your request.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next Half kilogramme.  All items are insured to the sum of total purchase value against loss or damage whilst in transit.
