Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be satisfied and happy with your purchase so if there are any problems, please contact me through messages within 2 business days after receiving the item, so we can discuss a solution. Items must be mailed back within a week of return request and must arrive in the same condition in which they were received or they will not be accepted. I will refund the cost of the item minus shipping charges.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

- Shipping fees are not refundable.

- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. As are any charges incurred by Paypal when I issue the refund.

- All customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer, this is also the case on returned goods, if you are sending a returned item, you should mark the custom form with 'RETURNED GOODS' under the column for 'value' you should state 'NA' - not applicable' if the return good has a value and customs charge me to collect the item, I will pass this fee onto the customer ie I will deduct from the final refund.
