~ Payment Policies ~

I currently accept PayPal and Stripe. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Please contact me as soon as possible if there are questions or problems with your payment. Orders that have not been fully paid or rectified within three days of purchase will be cancelled.


~ Shipping Policies ~

Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays) after receipt of payment.

Items will be shipped from Columbus, Ohio, USA via USPS to your PayPal or Stripe address. Please make your shipping address is correct. If you wish your items to be sent to a different address, please contact me prior to purchase.

I cannot be responsible for lost, misdirected, or damaged packages, but will certainly assist you with tracking or locating the shipment. In the rare event of your items arriving completely trashed or damaged, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to send a suitable replacement upon return of the damaged item.


~ Refunds and Exchanges ~

If you are truly unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund minus shipping charges. Item must be returned unused, undamaged, strung as sold and in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Please contact me before attempting to return any item.

Please note that all my items are handmade. Minor imperfection are typically normal. I strive to accurately describe each item and provide photographs. I feel personally flattered and happy anytime someone decided to purchase my creations. Your happiness and satisfaction with your purchase and experience is of the utmost importance!

Please feel free to use my handcrafted beads or other components in your own designs to sell in your retail shop or online. If you send me a picture, I will put it on my Facebook page with a link to your shop. I'd appreciate if you'd do the same for me. I love referrals and networking!

I am open to suggestions regarding color variations, sizes or quantities. I do occasionally accommodate custom orders when time permits.
