Kiya uses USPS and UPS to ship orders within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. US rates are $2.95 with no addition charge for addition items. Free shipping applies to Continental United States only. Alaska and Hawaii rate is $8.40 with no additional charge for additional items. Canada is $9.00 and no charge for additional items. All other countries rates will be determinded at the time of the order. Orders are shipped within 3 business days (Monday through Friday) of payment. Items are NOT insured unless arrangements at the time of purchase.
Returns
We know that it may be difficult to purchase without being able to see or feel it. Because of that reason 100% money back guarantee is offered. Kiya allows you to purchase and return any item within 3 days after recieving the item. You will need to contact us at kiyastreasure@yahoo.com to let us know that the item is being returned.
