....Shipping: All item(s) shipped using standard USPS First Class Mail to the continental U.S. only.

Cost of insurance or expedited shipping is additional and at the buyer's request and expense. (Email me for arrangements.)

Items are usually shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is received. I will email acknowledgement of the order and will give estimated shipping date at that time. (NOTE: Sometimes I may have to go out of town due to meet the needs of my elderly mother and shipping may be slightly delayed.)

Payment: PayPal accepted and required within three (3) days of purchase. Item(s) will not be shipped until payment has cleared PayPal. On the fifth (5th) day and no payment has cleared, item(s) will be re-listed.

Money Orders accepted. Shipping of items will not occur until Money Order has cleared processing.

Custom orders: Require 50% down, unless other arrangements are agreed upon via email communication.

REFUNDS (Policy change effective 08/20/2012):

I will be happy to consider issuing a partial refund of the item ordered if it does not meet your expectations. Please contact me via email (within seven (7) days of purchase) stating the problem.

I will only refund the -

item price
and any state sales tax collected

- through PayPal after said item is returned in its original packaging and in its original condition.

I do not charge a return or restocking fee.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping is a service provided by a third party and cannot be refunded.

International orders cannot be returned.

A FINAL NOTE:
I reserve the right to determine if an item has been damaged and whether or not to give a refund, thus if I suspect a customer has damaged a product prior to returning it to me, I reserve the right to recuperate costs associated with the production of that item and not refund the monies.
