I am a bead addict, so I ship ready-made items the same day or next! Sometimes this is not feasible, so I will let you know in advance if I cannot ship within 3 days. Custom orders often take two weeks to get shipped, sometimes more during major holiday periods (Christmas and Mother's Day for my shop). I always ship USPS, charge a small amount just to cover shipping, and in the case of overseas orders, to cover my time filling out customs forms and spending time at the post office rather than in my studio! Currently, I ship internationally one day per week.



I can ship Priority USPS to the US, and we can discuss insurance if you wish. I have had a great experience with the US Postal Service, and most items arrive just as quickly via regular mail as they do Priority.



I make a great effort to describe my items in detail, but if you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, please let me know and I will make it right! I'm taking this fun SERIOUSLY!



All items come in boxes made of recycled materials and are suitable for gift-giving, but if you don't need a box, especially for multiple item orders, please let me know and I may give an environmental discount or throw in a little extra something for saving resources!
