You send a pic of your pet, I make a custom pet portrait.
Portrait size: 8x10", portrait or landscape
Medium: Acrylic on stretched canvas or watercolor on Aquabord masonite panel
*Pricing is based on one subject in the painting. Additional animals in the painting affects pricing, so please ask me before purchasing if you want more than just one animal, or have unusual background requests. Each additional subject in a pet portrait adds a 40% additional charge.
I just want you to know that art is very personal, and artists need a little liberty with expression. So, if you are going to do this, please remember that what you are really buying is my art and my artistic expression, not a photo of your pet. You will need a photographer if you are looking for that!

I will do everything I can to ensure that you love your purchase! I do my best to represent each item exactly as it would come to you. Please bear in mind, though, that handmade means one of a kind! I don't disappoint.
Payment
When you are ready, you may check out with PayPal or Amazon Payments.
Shipping
On all standard in-stock products, unless otherwise specified, I ship out within 3 business days!
For custom orders, shipping will be specific to each order. I will always try to include your estimated time frame, including shipping, within your custom listing, but it is not unusual for my custom schedule to booked for up to 3-6 months. Please order well in advance of when you are considering custom.
Cancellations:
You may cancel your order for a full immediate refund within 48 hours after ordering. After 72 hours, your order will likely be shipped and it will be your responsibility to return it for a refund.
Refunds and Exchanges
In-stock orders:
If you need to return an item after it's been shipped, please return unused, and I will happily issue you a refund or store credit for use in any of my shops (minus selling fees.)
Custom orders:
I'm very sorry, but I do not accept returns for custom items. If this is a custom portrait of a standard dog breed, I may, at my discretion, offer a 50% refund if I can resell the portrait.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Regarding custom portraits and artwork using images provided by other people:
You agree by purchasing a custom portrait from me that I have the right to use the images that you have provided to me for the custom listing, and I retain all rights to any artwork created by me regardless of the imagery used. Furthermore, I have the right to reproduce and sell any artwork created by me in my studio, including reproductions of custom portraits. You agree that that I may resell reproductions which may include the likeness I have created of your pet.
I really appreciate people with strong values and ethics. I honor my commitment to each and every buyer of my products to the very best of my ability.
