Items are generally shipped within 3 days of placing your order, via insured USPS priority mail, unless otherwise requested. Right now, we only ship in the US.

Our initial shipping fee is an estimate, based upon a single item, weighing up to 1 pound. Orders in excess of 1 pound will incur the next tiered rate, per USPS policy.

If you order multiple items at the same time, you will not be charged an additional shipping fee until your order exceeds the initial 1 pound rate.

If you are not completely delighted with your item, you may return it within 14 days of purchase for refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued once the piece(s) has been received, and is deemed to be in suitable condition. Please contact us for any return issues or questions.

See something you like, but would prefer it in a different color combination? Custom orders are always welcome. Simply contact us for any customization you desire.

If you request a custom piece, and need to return that piece, you will be charged a 10% re-stocking fee.

For your convenience, we offer lay-away services. You may reserve a piece (or multiple pieces), and choose to pay for that purchase, interest free, over 2, 3 or 4 even monthly payments. Once the final payment has been processed, the piece(s) will be shipped. If you are interested in layaway services, please contact us directly, so that we may set up the payment / invoice schedule for you.

If you reserve a piece for lay away, and fail to make you monthly payments, or contact us for proper arrangements, payments made will be forfeited to House of Glass Designs.
