Patsy is a rag doll with beautiful chocolate brown skin and soft, fuzzy black yarn braids. She wears a vibrant yellow calico dress (with snap closures at the back) over her lace-trimmed white drawers and petticoat Her face is embroidered, as is the golden heart on her chest, which signifies her "birthplace" - Fairbanks, Alaska, the Golden Heart City. She has stitched joints at the knees and elbows, so she can be posed.
