FORMS OF PAYMENT WE ACCEPT:

Paypal, Propay, & Credit Card Payments: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card are all acceptable forms of payment.
IMPORTANT NOTE:

USPS delays may occur with your shipment if it is sent out for delivery during recognized National Holidays.

SHIPPING:

***Once your order is placed, we will process your order and it will be sent out for delivery from our location within 1-14 business days from the date we receive your order***

Most of our items are ready to ship out within 1-5 business days. Custom orders could take 1-2 weeks to be shipped to you, from the date we receive your custom order and request. If we have to order your custom item and wait for the item to be delivered to us for personalization, your item could take up to 2 weeks + for you to receive your item (we will keep you informed on the progress and expected delivery date).

We ship USPS Priority Mail 1 - 3 business days for items weighing over 16 ounces. (Tracking information will be sent to you by email the moment your item has shipped)

First Class items weighing under 16 ounces will be shipped First Class 3-5 business days. (Tracking Information will be sent to you in an email as soon as your package has shipped)

International Shipment:

We are now shipping International Orders and we typically get the orders sent out to be delivered after 1 week from purchase (have to fill out a lot more information for Customs). Delivery of items may take up to 30 days (this is what we are told by post office and most orders we sent are getting received by our customers in about 7-14 days from the date we ship it (depending on how fast customs get the package out)...we have no control over how fast they work and we do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase if you wish to return the item. We kindly ask that you return the item to us in the same condition and packaging as you received it. Return postage and shipping will be buyers responsibility. When we receive the item we will issue you a refund minus the shipping fees. We do not refund the shipping fees on any item.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

We welcome your idea for an item you would like to have made for you to display in your home. If you wish to have a Custom Order Made-Just-For-You Please send us a message and we will see if it is something we can design for you on an item you see in our shop.


Specialty Embroidery Thread Type (metallic, shimmer/glitter, glow in the dark, solar color changing) will be an extra charge.
If we do not have the color you would like for your decor please send us a color request to see if we can find a better match suited to your embroidery needs.
