Antique Aqua Blue Yellow Chinese Qing Porcelain Pendant Necklace,Vintage Chinese Cloisonne,Yellow Jade,Amazonite-Ningmeng
Vintage Antique Chinese Ching Dynasty ( 1644- 1911 ) Porcelain Focal Pendant, Vintage Chinese 1970s cloisonne barrel beads, Vintage Chinese Yellow Jade, Vintage Aqua Blue amazonite beads,Vintage African Brass beads
A genuine antique Chinese hand painted porcelain shard pendant from the Ching Dynasty is the focal point of this 30" long hand knotted bead necklace and sets the stage for the colors chosen to make up this one of a kind hand knotted museum quality neck piece.
This oval shaped shard has been set in a very ornate gold plated bezel setting and measures approximately 2" long by 1 1/4" wide.
◉ Please note: Many people sell such shards as 'antiques' and not the reproductions that they truly are and that are currently being exported from China. I have the documentation to prove that this is indeed a genuine ANTIQUE Qing Dynasty ( 1644- 1912) porcelain shard as I purchased a few of them during a buying trip to Hong Kong during the late 1970's.
You will receive a copy of our documentation with your necklace. ◉
Rare 10mm muted soft yellow jade beads have been combined with 10mm aqua amazonite beads.
► All the stone beads that I use in my designs were personally selected by me in the 1970s and 1980s in Hong Kong when I was designing necklaces and earrings for the Smithsonian's Museum of Natural History museum shops and mail order catalogs. Nowadays, stone beads are being cut in India where labor is cheap and the standards of cutting and polishing is nowhere near the meticulous standards found in Asia over 30 years ago.
The fabulous vintage Chinese cloisonne are from the late 1970's - the workmanship is exquisite with a lot of detail. Cloisonne from the 1970's is quite sought after and valued for its quality and rarity nowadays. These barrels are approximately 3/4" long and feature delicate turquoise colored flowers with cinnabar red centers , picking up the same shade of aqua as is found in the amazonite stone beads.
I've also chosen to use the most beautiful vintage German lucite 1950's beads that I ever had the pleasure of designing with - iridescent trumpet flowers that are approximately 1/2" long - to add a bit more elegance, another shape and texture, and to pick up the tones in the cloisonne and porcelain shard.
Finally vintage African brass beads that we purchased in Kenya during the 1980's compliment the tones in this necklace.
The silk cord has been dyed a very pale yellow to blend with the yellow jade.
This necklace will arrive gift wrapped in a vintage Chinese embroidered silk brocade purse all ready for gift giving

We will continue to refund to customers any amount that greatly exceeds our actual cost of shipping and handling.
ORDERS OUTSIDE USA: International First Class rates are now crazy: $16.50 for any package weighing from 1-5 ounces. Even an order for 2-3 small bead items may cost $16.50 or more, depending on the type of material (stone versus resin, for example). We apologize in advance if we have to adjust the postage cost of an order that has been placed. We will understand if an order is rescinded when the postage cost is too high relative to the product value.
All international orders have contents described as "loose beads" and are flagged as "commercial samples" or " gift" if you prefer to make your life easier when receiving your beads. If you'd like us to mark your order as " gift" instead please let us know!
All our beads are inspected one by one before being shipped. They are individually wrapped to protect them and then put in little plastic ziploc bags.

Love my beads! The coloring in the epidote was not as intense as illustrated, but it is certainly a good example of the mineral. The colors in the unakite beads are wonderful. The quality of the carving I would rate as good to excellent.
Nice beads!! Super fast thanks a lot!!!
I have dreamed of having a necklace such as the jade one. But the red one. That was a surprise. Both are beautiful. Thank you! Best, Jane
Lovely color;!interesting stones.
When I thought that I had ordered two of these and then checked out I had to order another set. The seller was very kind and combined my two orders and refunded my shipping.
