When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - ARTFIRE
Our store is hosted on ArtFire.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through ArtFire’s data storage, databases and the general ArtFire application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
All payment are processed securely through Paypal and if you don't have a Paypal account - no worries: you can pay directly with your credit card, all you need to do is choose "Don't have a Paypal account" at the Paypal checkout and you will be able to proceed with all major credit cards.
All orders are handmade and processing time is 1 - 3 working days after payment received in full, Every order will have a tracking number so you can follow where it is.

Rest of EU - 5 to 7 working days
US, Canada - 6 to 10 working days
Australia, New Zealand - 9 to 15 working days
Rest of the world - within 21 working days.
Please note that these are only estimates and shipping can take longer during heavier postal periods.
For more time sensitive deliveries - Optional FedEx Priority upgrade is available at the checkout. (please provide phone number at the checkout for FedEx courier).
Shipping via FedEx typically gets package delivered anywhere in the world in 2 - 5 working days.
If no colors chosen at the checkout - default colors will be sent (the ones depicted on the title picture of the listing)
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not entirely happy with the design you have purchased you can return it within 14 working days. Design must be in unused condition. Shipping fee is not refundable. Shipping and return shipping cost is not refundable.
IMPORTANT: Please note that decals customized in any way (color, size etc) are not eligible for a return.
Refund will not be available for decals that do not stick.
We have test decals available free of charge. Simply message us a request along with your address and we'll post it to you!

Here are some answers to the questions we get quite often. For any other questions we have not covered here - please Contact us.
** What is wall decal and what is it made of?
Wall decals are a perfectly die cut shapes that are applied onto your wall. Our wall decals are made of high quality self adhesive removable matte vinyl that gives an effect of a hand painted piece of art.
** Is it hard to apply the decal?
It's very easy to apply the decal if you follow the instructions exactly. Every order will receive printed instructions as well as a link to YouTube video. While it's doable by one person it's recommended to have someone helping you especially if you've never applied decals before.
** Will the decal work for my wall?
Wall decals work on all painted interior walls. Our decals also work on laminated wood, glass and tiles. There are some wall paints that are a bit harder or even problematic to apply the decal to. Please see below for more details.
NEVER apply the decal onto freshly painted walls. Although paint may feel dry to touch just a few hours later, paint needs to cure which can take at least a week. For some paints it can be as long as 3 weeks after painting.
Walls with sandy or grainy finish are NOT SUITABLE for decals.
We can provide a sample decal if you want to make sure decal works for your wall and paint.
We strongly recommend asking for test decal for following paint types:
Zero and Low VOC paints
'Green' Environmental paints
'Easy Care' and 'Scratch resistant' paints
'Paint & Primer in One' paints

** My wall is textured, will it still work?
Our decals work on all light to medium textures, such as, eggshell or light orange peel textures.
While it is possible to apply the decal onto heavier textured walls - we do not recommend that. If you're not sure if the decal will work on your wall you can always ask for an advice or even request a sample decal.

** How hard is to remove the the decal and is it reusable?
Removing the decal is very simple. You have to pick up an edge of the decal with a knife or even a nail and pull it off at the sharp angle. Warming the decal up while removing it will help to avoid damage to the paint. Regular hair dryer on medium heat does the trick. It's a fairly durable material so each shape will usually come off in one go. Unfortunately the decal is not reusable once removed off the wall.
** How long it takes to receive the order?
All Decals are made to order and it usually takes 1 - 3 working days to complete the order, depending on how busy we are. After that it all comes down to shipping time which highly depends on your location. For more details on shipping estimates please see shipping policies.

** Do you do resizing or custom designs?
Yes, of course. All decals can be adjusted to fit your wall. Smaller changes usually do not cost anything extra, however, larger changes and custom designs will be subject to extra cost. Simply Contact Us with your request and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
** Can you send me color samples?
Yes, we know that colors can vary depending on the screen settings and seeing colors in person can make a difference when selecting the right color. So we can send you color samples. Simply Contact Us with your address and which color(s) you'd like to see and we'll mail them to you.
** What is your return & refund policy?
We aim for 100% satisfaction. You can return your wall decal within 14 days of receipt of the package. The decal have to be returned unused, uncut and in an original packaging. Shipping and return shipping cost is not refundable.
Please note that decals customized in any way (color, size etc) are not eligible for a return.
Always Contact Us before returning the decal to receive RMA (return merchandise authorization) number as well as detailed reason why you wish to return the decal as there can be ways to resolve the issue without costly return process.

In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. We do not store, share, or track any personal financial information. All transactions are via third party payment processors using the latest encryption and security technologies.
