Payment-Paypal is accepted for payment, but you do not need a Paypal account. You can pay with any major credit or debit card through Paypal.

ShippingShipping - I use USPS First Class for all of my shipping. All in stock orders are shipped 1-5 days from the day the order is received excluding sundays and holidays. I am happy to make custom orders, but they do take a bit longer, please convo me if you are interested in a custom order.

Refunds and Exchanges - Returns are accepted within 7 days of the date you receive your order. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition. Please ship returns in a padded envelope or insulated box, and include a copy of your order invoice. Shipping fees cannot be reimbursed. Defective jewelry may be returned free of charge.

Additional Policies and FAQs - If you are looking for something you can't find in my shop, I would be happy to customize something for you. Necklace and bracelet lengths can also be customized for most pieces. Also, if you like the style of a jewelry piece, but would like a different color, many pieces can be made with different colors.
