I stand by my work, and I try very hard to use good quality materials. Items are warranted for defects in maufacture, and I will happily repair any broken pieces. Most items I will repair for no charge, but this will depend on what caused a break and whether or not parts will need to be replaced. You pay the shipping to me, and I pay the shipping back to you. I do not warrant silver or gold plating. Plate will eventually wear off, but I strive to use quality pieces and coated wire that will last for years.

Rosaries, necklaces and bracelets will usually be shipped via First Class Mail. If you require a different form of shipping or international shipping, please contact me. I am happy to combine shipping, use priority mail, and refund any amount over the flat rate.

A 30% non-refundable deposit will be required before I will begin any custom pieces. This will be based upon an initial quote. Precious metals price fluctuate, and final prices on pieces made with precious metals will be determined according to the market price I pay on the day I purchase the materials.
