This ceramic mug is white with black vinyl lettering. The commercial vinyl is very strong and will not come off with heat from your coffee or tea but it does need to be hand washed which takes about 20 seconds. Cup holds 11 oz total.

For custom orders:
I will accept half payment when the item is ordered. When the items is complete I will email pictures for your approval. Once you have approved what you have ordered the balance will be due. Once full payment has been received and approval given I will ship the item(s) to you.
Shipping
I ship all my items USPS mail. If you prefer a different method of shipment, please let me know. I will do my best to get the item to you quickly and safely. Insurance is optional. Please insure your items as I will not be responsible if the item gets lost in the mail.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be given within 7 days of transaction date. You will be responsible for shipping the items back to me. Once the item has been received I will refund the total cost of your purchase minus the shipping charges.
Custom orders are not returnable unless items are grossly misrepresented.
