ORDER TURNAROUND TIME for Printed Vibrant Vinyl Banners:
We want to sincerely thank all of our new and repeat customers. Since it is currently our practice to provide a digital proof - Please Allow a Minimum of between 14 - 15 days to receive your "Custom Created Personalized Vibrant Vinyl Banner" order unless "RUSH"/express shipping is requested -& ordered- by email.

ORDER TURNAROUND TIME for "printable" Digital Files:
24-72 hours for an emailed printable file.

Your order can be placed as, or upgraded to, a "RUSH" order with faster processing (putting your order ahead of others with more time to arrive) and shipping by sending an email first with your "need it by" date to confirm we can meet your deadline.

Please plan ahead accordingly so your "TIME SENSITIVE" banner is sure to make it in time for your party. In most cases and with regular shipping, orders ship within 5-6 business days of your "proof" approval & are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx with between 2-6 day delivery depending on your location. (unless it is a printable digital file alone which will be within 24-72 hours)

Please give plenty of time between your "order date" and "need it by" date to insure timely delivery--with a little cushion for possible shipping delays/errors by the carrier/shipping service. Please read the shipping information for each individual item.

All orders are custom created which usually necessitates a "limited" return policy.

We may request a word doc. or pdf. file (in most cases a simple email will suffice) for all custom/personalized order "wording" so there is a record of the text that has been requested. With that in mind, a refund (and a sincere apology) will of course gladly be given if it is determined that there has been an error on our part. We are very flexible and understanding, and make it a point to treat every human being with decency and respect. We simply would ask the same in return.
