Shipping policies
We ship worldwide. All items are sent through the Hellenic postal system (Basic registered mail) or through DHL (Premium DHL shipping).

We will ship the items to your order address (you can find it on the order form) unless otherwise requested.

Please note that items shipped to the USA, Australia and all other countries outside Europe will take between 7-20 business days ( with basic registered mail) to reach you.
Shipments to European countries will take between 4-8 business days. Shipping during the Holiday season may take a bit longer.
Some delays may occur in particular reasons e.g. strikes-labor dispute in post service.

You can always ask to rush your order if you want it for a specific date.

In some countries, buyers are subject to custom taxes and duties on items shipped from international locations. These taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer also if duties were applied when an item is returned to the seller for a refund.
Parcels that are lost in the post will be fully refunded after 40 days have passed since shipping or we have noticed from the post office that the package was lost.

All items come in a beautiful gift box and will be sent inside safe packaging.

Returns and exchange details
If you receive an item that is damaged or you are not happy with it, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it.

For any item that is returned all shipping charges are your responsibility, I will fully refund the cost of the Jewelry.


Instructions for returns:

In case you want to return back your jewelry for resizing or another reason is important to do it in the appropriate way. It is important to ship them as documents without gift boxes (just with a note with the number of your order) or mentioning that it is gold jewelry and their value. If you declare that is gold jewelry they might be held at customs as import goods for a long time. Also, send us a picture with the return tracking number.

Differences between karats of gold:
The reason for the price difference between the karats of gold is their percentage of gold.
As k9 contains less pure gold (375/1000) than k14 (585/1000), or k18 (750/1000), the yellow gold color is less vivid compared with 14k or k18. Although the difference is slight to be recognized from a display, it exists.
