High School College University Invitations Announcements

All of my invitations are custom and handmade.
Please provide one week for every 20 invitations ordered.
Turnaround time is as follows:
1-20 invitations--1 weeks
21-40 invitations--2 weeks
41-60 invitations--3 weeks
61-80 invitations--4 weeks
81-100 invitations--5 weeks
101-120 invitations--6 weeks
121-140 invitations--7 weeks
141-160 invitations--8 weeks
161-180 invitations--9 weeks
181 and up--10 weeks

I can accommodate a faster turnaround time, so please let me know if this is an option you need. If you need them a week sooner than that, there will be a 20% rush order fee applied to your total which is for the labor, not the shipping price.
I cannot guarantee a specific rhinestone color on rush orders. If your requested color is unavailable, clear rhinestones will be used.

Any estimated times of delivery for personalized items are calculated from the day the payment is received, or when the customer sends me the wording (whichever is later). For example, if you e-mail me on 9/5 and I tell you that it takes approximately 3 weeks to have your items ready, and I don't receive payment until 9/9, I count the days beginning on 9/9, not 9/5. If the customer takes over 3 days to send me the wording, the turnaround time begins when the customer sends me the wording.
I have had too many cases where a customer places a large order and sends me the details a couple of days before my turnaround time is expired and expects me to send the invitations in 3 days. I will not accommodate that anymore, no exceptions.

I do provide tracking with every single order including samples. I am not responsible for your order once it is accepted by the post office. If you would like to purchase insurance, please let me know and I will add it to your order.

Price quotes (and freebies) I provide for custom orders are valid for 14 days, after that time frame, I have the right to modify the pricing and notify you about it.

I will change your layout per your request a maximum of 2 times. (except in cases where it is my error) After that, you will be required to purchase a sample.

I will always email you a proof 2-3 business days after receiving your payment. Printing will proceed only until your approval is confirmed.

A sample is available at the price of the invitation. The sample WILL be in your color choices with GENERIC information, not personalized.

Please inquire about any extras, which will incur an additional charge..i.e...extra rhinestones, glitter, thicker ribbon, different colored envelopes.

A small insert can be included with the reception information for an additional .25
The crystal on the invitation (wording area) can be added for an additional .10

I ship Monday through Friday, always through Priority Mail, unless it weighs under 16 oz, which will be shipped First Class.

I ONLY SHIP TO CONFIRMED PAYPAL ADDRESSES.

I do offer 2 payment plans on orders over 300.00, except on rush orders, rush orders must be paid in full upfront.


All conversations must be held through ArtFire's messaging system to protect you, the customer and myself.

Refunds will be given (minus 15% processing fee) if the customer changes their mind within 24 hours. After that time frame, refunds will not be given.
